Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because many Amen 3 Fois products are custom, made-to-order, or pre-order items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is incorrect
• There was an issue caused by our fulfillment process

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Please include:

• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging, if damaged
• A short explanation of the issue

• Worn or used items
• Washed items
• Items damaged after delivery

Payment Confirmation Notice

For Zelle payments, orders are not processed until payment is confirmed.

Customers who choose Cash on Delivery for Zelle will receive SMS and email instructions. A screenshot confirmation may be required before processing begins.
